You won't need another conditioner after you try this. I put off making a conditioner bar for a long time, all because I had a preconceived notion that a bar simply couldn't condition my hair like a liquid. The very first time I brought this into my shower with me, grumbling to myself "ok here we go. i can't imagine it's going to work", I was SHOCKED. A quick rub on my hands and a few swipes across my head and my fingers were suddenly running through my hair like butter. Butter! If the benefits ended there, I would've been happy. But the next day my hair was noticeably shinier and, I swear to you, it had more bounce. I actually wore it down because it looked so good.
Net wt: 3 oz/85 g
Keep in a draining dish to prolong the life of the bar.
Key ingredients:
behentrimonium methosulfate (we call it BTMS in the skincare world): that's a mouthful. but trust me, this conditioning agent smoothes your hair cuticles, reduces frizz, is gentle and mild, and won't leave your hair feeling heavy.
broccoli seed oil: ooooh what can I say? I love broccoli seed oil for hair and skin - I use it in my body cream too. It leaves a light film around the hair strand, mimicking silicones, giving the hair shine and lustre and preventing frizz.
hydrolyzed baobab protein: derived from the seeds of the baobab tree (the tree of life), this protein aids in repairing damage, improving elasticity, and increasing moisture.
Full ingredient list: BTMS, cetyl alcohol, kokum butter, mango butter, broccoli seed oil, honeyquat, c13-15 alkane (natural, silicone alternative), hydrolyzed baobab protein, panthenol, cetrimonium chloride, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerin.
